Laptop DEAD, getting a Desktop and Cintiq

The title pretty much sums up everything.

Basically, one early Thursday morning (April 11), I turned on my tablet laptop, got the blue screen of death and heard various clicking/broken glass sounds. My friend came over and told me simply that the hard drive's disk jumped out of it's socket and shattered.

So, until such time, I'm "computer-less" until my new computer and Cintiq ship over here. I lost part of the NATA animation, but I'm not overly stressed or in a frantic panic. I'm sure I'll be able to submit something credible.
Feel free to ask me anything regarding these unfortunate events and I'll answer soon enough. I'll make an update on this journal once they ship in and I'm ready to start drawing/animating again.

nah bro. Snag a beautiful portable cintiq desktop combo! Fujitsu T902, look it up. You'll thank me later. Wacom digitizer inside a 13.3" 1600 x 900 screen in a convertible tablet with a i7 3520m processor, 16 gigs ram, 512gig SSD, HD4000 iGPU in a small convertible tabletPC package! I use one in tandem with an oldschool cintiq 15x (same pen works on both screens) and it rocks! Mobile I get 4-8 hours battery life depending on what kind of work I am doing. More artists need to know about these things. There are others with wacom too that are a little more affordable.

sucks to be without computer though.
